Local Manufacturing
Tube sets are assembled in our Melbourne based Class 7 Cleanroom, dedicated entirely to the production of cleanroom products. Local manufacturing allows for quicker lead times, better responsiveness, and less shipping cost and risk. We keep a local stock of commonly used components to help us better assist you when timelines are tight.
Sterility and Quality
Quality is core to all of our processes, ensuring that your custom assemblies are fully functional, particle-free and sterile. Quality starts with our supplier validation and goes beyond delivery through our commitment to continued customer support.
Tube sets are individually inspected before and after gamma sterilisation to ensure cleanliness and bag integrity, and are supplied with release and sterilisation documentation.
